Why? O2/ Be used to have very good customer service and reliability pre Telefonica. Sky have good customer service and are (apparently) sorting out their broadband overload issues. So it sounds like a good fit to me.

My books are available here for Amazon Kindle. Feedback always welcome!
O2 have been great for me - allowed me to stick on my very favourable BB contract with absolutely zero throttling, not to mention the discount for being a mobile user, plus a very good connection and support service. Sky will probably try to merge the service terms so I'll have to put up with throttling etc. in the future.
Be have in the past fought against internet censorship, sky have not.
Myself I'd still be on one of the smaller more expensive ISPs that shares the values I do. No traffic shaping, no censorship, no promotion of certain services. I wouldn't trust Sky to have net neutrality.
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
Guess its time to start considering my options then
