It's an interesting point of view, and I agree on many of the points raised.
However, have you ever seen the Apprentice? Hardly peer reviewed, I know. The female-only teams seem to have one of two outcomes. They either utterly crush the men through excellent teamwork and planning, or they crash and burn miserably because of petty power struggles and emotional manipulation. Men (in the situations and kind of people that go on the Apprentice) tend to perform in a way that is almost exclusively dependent on how good their manager is, even if there is tension.
I think that by all means plug the gender equality gap, but if only women ran the world it would be a terrible place.
One of the major issues, to me, is that a good proportion of the fairer sex don't help their case at all by pandering to the stereotypes they loathe. It's probably mostly a problem with the media churning out tat like Cosmo and the Daily Mail (look again, it's just a gossip website), but I know an awful lot of girls who read those sorts of magazines.
