I think on the Dell site you download a program that scans your PC and suggests what ya want

a simple 'drivers' button would be a welcome addition to the top of the page.
Yes it does take quite a few clicks to get to the drivers/service tag pages. But then they are a big company

Personally, I've always found the support site to be excellent; give it a service tag, it gives you your drivers. Saves rather a lot of pratting about.
Well it is good but for many a noob , they just wont find there way around
