Does everyone remember WHERE Burberry first became popular?
Do any of the people who buy it to be cool REALISE........its for OLD WOMEN...its for BROLLYS and RAIN SKARVES....its for BLANKETS to put over your legs on your wheel chair.

I SERIOSLY HATE burberry - i just get really p'eed off when i see people wearing it.
It doesnt make you look "cool", it doesnt make you look " 'ard", and driving around wearing it in your nova only makes you look a prat.

I also hate burberry- In a big way. Tho this may be fuelled by the muppets who persist in wearing it. As mentioned above the t*ts who wear this overpriced dog bsket lining material also wear tacky gold (usually chains- not called as necklaces thats not COOL or WICKED) and rockports... Morons

We used to have atheory on hoop earings....they start with tiny hoops, and every bloke they have sex with adds 1 mm to the ring.....

Its just the big, hard, coloured dudes with a £30k Merc with a Burberry hat that make me cringe.......they got £10k of jewlery, £30k of car and £100k of women in their car and they are wearing something I used to get my Grandma for Christmas as a special present:(

Foget the Burberry, driving around in most Nova's make you look like a prat... I say most cos I know a few that are rather GOOD, and they do not look shiny or owt with daft bits of plastic on em. Just BIG front mud-flaps, and much, much sidewaysiness :D:D

It's just EVERYWHERE you look! You can't leave the house without seeing some somewhere and the "Burberry Alert" alarm going off making us run the other way. APART from the fact it's a design meant for umberella's and old dears raincoat linings, it's getting to be like a "uniform".. .people spend years moaning about their school uniform, leave school, and then... all dress the same... :confused: Whats that all about?!

hehehehe there is a car going round in aberystwyth (don't ask me what type of car, its a white one.) with burberry go faster stripes about 2 inches deep running the length of the car.
and yes the driver was skinny, white and wearing a white vest and a burberry cap.

i must confess, i do own 1 burburry t-shirt, altho, it only cost £10 in a sale, and its just dark blue with tiny light blue writing saying Thomas Burburry. its a couple of years old actually, and not what you would call "yobbo wear".

I find the whole thing just embarrising. Before, it was a brand only owned by very rich people who bpught their tomato ketchub in Fortnums. Now, some guy turned up at school with a burberry tie and burberry socks, thinking they ooked really cool. And another guy was saying tht he couldnt decide whether to buy £200 burberry shoes or not. think of the proper shoes you could get for £200, or get some ordinary shoes for £60, give the rest to a good cause, and not look like a rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish.
The whole thing seems a bit sick to me, spending so much for something that no longer has any kind of kudos attatched, is no longer a measure of how well your doing, but you still bay through the nose or it.
I must admit, I have a jacket with a Burberry pattern lining... but it's not real, so it didn't cost much and it's a nice black jacket overall :D Can't really see the fake Burberry, hehe.
