    good service is certainly worth a bit extra, but it is a sad state of affairs when the service industry cannot deliver that which it is supposed to do

    I agree that we should all expect good service, and not have to pay extra for it. But in reality that isn't the case unfortunately

    I would always pay a few extra pounds for a company that have a good delivery turn round, good RMA systems and avaliablity. Some companys I now will alwyas use as I know there going to be near the best price, brilliant service etc,
