    Best shop bought pizza?

I was wondering, does anyone have a recommendation for pizzas bought at supermarkets. Not necessarily due to the particular topping, but the range. Obviously if you know a great topping, let me know too. Problem is due to my unsociable work hours, my pizza deliveries bill is getting large, and I need to find a cheaper alternative.

    Cheers

Get yourself a bag of breadmix, add water and olive oil, mix it up until it's a nice dough. Knead for thirty minutes (or 10 minutes minimum, I prefer to do it for thirty) and let stand for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to the temp on the back of the packet. Whilst you leave it, make up a sauce eg:

tomato paste, touch of warm water, pinch of chilli powder, salt, pepper and italian seasoning, mix it up.

Now roll the dough into a ball and rolling pin it out into a nice pizza shape . Don't forget to flour the worksurface. When satisfied with your thickness/size etc, grease up a pizza tray with olive oil or butter and place the dough on the tray. Make sure it's spread out into every nook and cranney. Spread the paste onto the dough, making sure you leave space for the crust.

Grate some mozarella (buy a block of it! Not the crappy packets of ready-grated stuff!) over the dough and top with whatever else you fancy. Cook for about 12 minutes on the top shelf. If the top is cooked, but the bottom isn't finished, whack it on the bottom of the oven (not the bottom shelf). Take it out when it's golden brown.

Pretty simple, means you don't have to weigh out flour/yeast etc and if you want thin and crispy, you don't get thin and bloody anorexic like supermarkets tend to dish out :>
