ok people it is now 7:05 (ish)
in less than an hour (when Hexus is getting a change over) tell me what I can do with thi. since I noticed many recent cooking suggestions thought I'd see what you all came up with - i'm open to suggestions however random (and possibly slightly twisted) you may offer

aspargus
chicken
tomatoes
baby carrots
salad
beer ()
cheese (several varieties)
cauliflour
brocoli
onions

and all the usual spices (well stocked)

or alternatively i could opt for the frozen Pizza (i'm a lazy b******d) option..
