Song help...

Was on MTV dance a couple of weeks ago extensively, but has not been played since. Dead catchy, quite a chilled beat and looked like it was made by a foreign/Swedish/Icelandic etc band... can only remember an ice skating rabbi/jew during the video and everyone holding hands round a dinner table singing dead pan together!

Can anyone suggestions it?
