You know... I hate to be the one to point this out... but when people dump stuff at the tip, it's usually cos said crap is broken.

indeed- but maybe the tft didnt work as they didnt have a compatible power cable for it ?

personally id give it a go, if its knackered, sell it on ebay as untested, or spares, etc

I see your point Oakey, as Swafeman said, it has a starnge PSU, and as i said before it is only 2 years old, i think *hope* it has a 3 year warranty! i have mailed the company so fingers crossed

well i guess i should buy a new power pack and then, test it if it works, keep it if not i need to sort an RMA, i emailed and asked for a price, but not sure if that was the right department, so i might need to give em a bell!

but look at this way

if it works, u get a TFT for 35 quid, if it does, you get a RMA and get a TFT for 35 quid
