At Work on Friday and i came across this and i have no idea what it is or what is used for.

Was found in a box in an office.

I can only presume its a medical item but what is

I would say that it would be used to remove the foil from a wine bottle.

That or something used in the removal of fingers from employees who failed to get to work on time....

On further investigation, the tool was from the shift managers office and was part of his quick response kit from years ago.
