Close my eBay Account?

How do I close my ebay account? I want to sign up with a new name, new crdedit card and new address.

And i dont want to edit the current info, I just want to close the account down.

I don't actually know, but I would have thought that you can't. If someone with a REALLY bad rating wanted people to buy their stuff more, then all they'd have to do was close their account down and start over.

I have never actually brought or sold anything on ebay, so all of what I've just told you might be a complete lie :).
