If they only put "real" ghost pictures up on their site I don't think that it would have a great deal of content.

easiest way people do this is make a filter for their camera lense that has been sprayed with salty water. The water has evaporated leaving circles of salt behind :)

If its a normal 35mm film, overlapping can occur when the film is developed causing 'ghost' effects (one print takes onto another already taken) , either that or the film is old.
Man, I'm so naive when it comes to photographic trick... :)
