    im not sure , although had noticed they have been a bit slow recently.

    Yes response time is pretty damn quick for me. Pages are loaded before i lift finger off mouse button

    Even posting takes a fraction of a second.

    I have a 10ms ping time to forums.hexus.net also which cant be bad

    They are a lot faster Trust me....

    ... They should not have been slow for the past week but leading up to that they may have well taken a performance hit.

    Yeah, the responce time,which was slow is now much better.

    They're faster, yes. But, when I use the 'New Posts' link to go through the past few days' activity, I open a topic, read it, press back to return to the new posts and it is still bold, as in unread! Didn't happen before...

    Oh, and I ain't complaining as I can easily live with it!

    :edit: It's not updating the list when you press back like it used to. After I posted this I pressed back and it showed in bold with David as the last poster. Normally it wouldn't be bold and would list me being the last poster.

    I never really was bothered with the speed before, but I guess having it quicker can't hurt!

    If you're using Firefox or Opera then it will cache the page rather than fetching it from the server. I suggest hitting CTRL-F5 when you're on the new posts page

    dunno if its Hexus' servers or the fact that my company just upgraded from a 512 to a 3Mb line (umm, w00t ) but either way, its faster
