I don't know any gamers that would be excited by those specs.
I couldn't think of anything specifically with the 'gamers for gamers' catch phrase, except Razer but it makes sense for them as they are making products that gamers would use and they are gamers themselves, the nearest I could think of was this Christmas dinner.
I hate the phrase!
Gamers are possibly the most nit-picky pedantic people I know and spend ages customising everything, to the point where many I know personally will have bought several rigs' worth of kit in order to find the one they dislike the least... So having something configured by some gamers for some gamers means there's usually a 25% chance I'll actually even like it!!![]()
Perhaps there's a typo and it really concerns the cider company? Being drunk might develop the delusion.
"You keep using that word - I do not think it means what you think it means..."
this is actually marginally less frustrating than referring to everything as a 'rig' both of which can generally be taken as a sign that the product is a bit below standard with some flashy bits attached. I'd much rather have a system designed by HPC experts for games.
See, I use 'rig' a lot, but then I've been using it to describe all sorts of things, ever since my days in CB radio!
Webbing, bike lift, bike luggage, drum kit(s)... they're all rigs, to me.
That does NOT entitle you to describe yourself as "Well rigged" OK?
But I thought "Designed for gamers" was intended to have the same effect on the gaming community as "Oxygen free copper with gold plated connectors" has on the audiophile community - i.e., justify an increase in price by >100% for no discernible improvement in performance.
