Doesn't really bother me tbh as I've got nothing to hide.If I do very occasionally visit the naughty site it's nothing illegal and nothing out of the ordinary, and if it helps reduce child porn etc it's a good thing.

it's rediculous, you'd have to hope that common sense stops it going through. even if i agreed with the principle, no matter how many fail safes there are to prevent abuse, as long as the power is there, then the abuse of it will be too.

ISPs have been doing this for years.. Literally GIGs of HTTPs and Ip numbers for a heavy user of the net... I proably make a nice GIG of http requests a year.

Paying for all that storage will, and is, costly!

We, the British, are already living one of the most liberal societies in the world, and it is due to our obsession with 'liberty' that we're running into all kinds of problems - not least incorrect census.

In most of continue Europe, citizens are obliged to not only have in their possession identity cards, but they're required to have these cards with them at all times. What's wrong with that? A piece of plastic the size of a credit card which contain all our vital information - date of birth, national insurance number, blood type, eye color, vital finger print and iris characteristics - the things that defines you as a being.

Anyway, back to the topic - they can monitor me as much as they like, I don't really care as I've nothing to hide. As long as they don't intrude nor hold up my activities, I'm fine with it.

I dont mind carrying an ID card all the time ....

But I dislike the idea of being watched all the time ...

I have nothing to hide so its not a problem ... but I still dont like it.

And if they wanna record all the websites I visit they can too ...

But I wouldnt want them monitoring my P2P usage and things like that.
