    Chicken sandwiches (brown bread)
Fruesli bar (soooo nice, and quite good for you too)

I come home at lunch and make myself a lunch which is usually the same every single day. Pineapple chunks sounds good

Yeah, usually in the tinned fruit section. Careful not to get the jellied fruit in day-glo green goop

The mandarin/orange mix is a little odd. The tropical (Pineapple mixed with Large and Small Papaya) is ok, but the best is the pineapple only in grape juice. Avoid tescos own, they taste nasty. Dole are best!

    Dey look similar to these!

Best way to take fruit to work, because lets face it - Apples, Bananas and Oranges get a little dull after a while!
