You might also want to check the main site - it has a list of stores and ratings.

To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

Ebuyer are probably the kings of price but you will never see any human contact.
Komplett also very cheap and they have the customer support forum on here should you need to have a word about anything.
CPUCity are fantastic for customer service and very good for price also.
Niche shops worth a mention are Kustom PCs and The Cooling Shop. both excellent.
Scan and Dabs i go to if I can't find what I want at any of the above.

Don't forget that price isn't everything. Also, I can normally find a place that's cheaper, the same price or only a little more expensive.

and once they sent me the wrong cable so after a quick email they sent out a replacement cable the very next day and said not to wory about the mistake, got to keep the cable for free

That's because they don't use cheap ass couriers like Parcel Farce... And their prices are pretty cheap and they always have great deals going in which make up for that.

I've found City-Link to be one of the best so far, always had packages delivered on time, the next day without failure. You pay for what you get.

my stuff is always delivered city link it seems. Ovreclock isn't exactly cheap and there P&P isn't the greatest deal either, but there support, responsiveness and helpfulness I have found second to none. They have given me free delivery no less than 13 times
