how to not fall asleep at work

sitting in front of the computer having to trawl through loads of data, and calculate this that and another...some other stuff too that I'm not entirely sure I know what it all means but there you go. I can feel my eye lids drooping as I tap this out!! help!

    Fresh air

A quick walk around outside in the green helps enormously - you won't half feel refreshed.

    Movement helps

Coffee is a short term fix but not always the best...

i could jump out of the window...its only one floor up and the adrenaline released due to the injuries I might sustain would probably keep me awake, that and the general rush of excitement I'd get for about a mere nanosecond of weightlessness...thrilling!

edit: not quite as thrilling but keeps you awake - suddenly realise that what you've been staring at for the past week actually makes sense...and that the calculation, although still tricky, actually does mean something after all. well, what do you know!
still a little brain drained though, hey - its friday!

Spit on your fingers and rub it into your eyelids. Works a treat for like 5 minutes!
