Well - I walk upstairs to my office with a pint of juice, and decide to throw it everywhere
P900, ipod, tft, keyboard all covered in it.
Phone only works via headset now

I've spilled liquids over electrical items on numerous ocasions stopping them from working. THey're usually OK when they're dry

Heard from some mates that when their phones get soaked from like rain or something the put in the microwave. Dunno if it actully works, and sounds quite dodgy aswell. I wouldn't really recommend it tho.
You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?
Spilt loads of things over electrical things, there was the time i spilt a can of coke over my ps2 and it still worked without it even drying out

That would probably cause complete death of any modern CMOS/solid state device .Originally Posted by midzt
I think the best thing is to take any batteries/powersources out immediatly and let the device dry in a warm place. AFAIK most of the damgae caused by short term immersion in water etc is due to shorting electrical contacts in the device.
David: that must have been one large glass of juice to soak all those things .

Not a good plan unless you want to boil the water out of your phone......Originally Posted by midzt
