    I have an original K6 @ 166mhz. So that's what... a Pentium MMX?

    It's been running solidly as my gateway/firewall for the last year or so.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    I use a 486 at work every day. Its runs a label printing package under win 3.1, think the printer is around 15 years old and has been in daily use all that time It been hosted by a variety of PC over that time and the software was specially upgraded to work with win 3.1, as it was designed for dos and has no mouse. POWER or what. But on the up side is very reliable and does exactly the job its needed for.

    Ahhh the problem is that the system is GMP audited. Now its crap, but its audited crap, but there's light at the end of the tunnel, printer is no longer under a service contract so the entire system is being replaced. Waheyy.

    I've got my Old Acorn Risc PC in the attic still. Arm 600 @ 30 mhz with a 486 co-processor @ 25 mhz, woo.

    However I'd still happily use that box, Risc OS rocked!

    I also have a Pentium one that used to be hammered into the dashboard of my car, it was salvaged from a PC I walked past in a street which appeared to have been lobbed from an upstairs window.
    They told me I was gullible ... and I believed them.

    Ah, Risc OS - that takes me back! I found it a lot more reliable than Windows too - didn't mysteriously slow down after a few months, and didn't outright break as often (well, it didn't break at all!)
