    At least they are easier to use than showshifter and a hauppauge nova-t! Mind you, you can't send a tape to india as you can a dvd!
    Not around too often!

    do you guys buy more films now on dvd than you did on video before the dvd players came out? (does that make sence ) cos i only had a handful of VHS films but now i seem to buy lots of films on DVD! why!

    I remember there was this old recorder in my school years ago. It was HUGE and I mean big. The tapes were the size of bricks. Think it was called a U-Matic not sure. Now that was a beast of a recorder!
