Computing student at Imperial College. Its my 3rd and final year and am really getting sick of the workload and the departmental administration. In saying that, ive enjoyed my time there (perhaps a bit more than I should have ), and have found some (only about half really) of the modules interesting.

What have i learnt in my time there? If you want to go into a career in technology do maths or electrical engineering, otherwise any degree would do

Multimedia and Website Development at Bolton Institute - soon to be Bolton University. It's located in Bolton, funnily enough!

The course is alright, there are a few poor modules this year, along with some seriously poor lecturers. However, the teaching standards are generally quite high, and the facilities are damned good.

I'm doing Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London. At the moment I'm surviving in my first year, and I've found a fair amount of good lecturers and a few bad ones. The union doesn't seem bad, had an xbox night last week where microsoft sent eight xboxes with halo2 and some racing game (i'm a great advertiser) which was quite fun for an evening. The course is full of modules I thought I would never do. I have yet to use a soldering iron (this is my eighth week!) and yet I'm learning quantum mechanics.

Happy so far, but then again I can't compare it with anywhere else...
