You should get an email saying that they have received it and they are processing it. That is what happened when I had to return my 8cm cd mp3 player

I sent a dvd player back and soon as I say I was returning it for a exchange they emailed me the next day to say a new one had been dispatched. Did you sent it recorded or special delivery as recommended on the site?
