    Haw haw, another MS screwup

I take full credit for this, found it myself

Seems MSN's e-mail department don't even know how to use simple mailto tags in HTML.

    Scroll down to

lease note the following when using TrueSwitch:

    1. You may be presented with an option to install "ActiveX" onto your PC (once you’ve clicked ‘Start Now’ on the True Switch page, look under your address bar in your browser, at the top of the screen and click ‘Install ActiveX Control’ to do this).
    2. Our junk filters have been improved, meaning some of your e-mail may be copied to your Junk folder in your new account. Please check this folder and check the box of each mail you wish to retain and then click the ‘Put in folder’ menu, then ‘Inbox’ option and they will be put back to where they belong.
    3. If you do not wish TrueSwitch to notify all your contacts of your move, simply click the 'Custom' option as opposed the the 'Express' option and de-select the notification option.
    4. If you are an MSN subscriber, you cannot transfer or cancel your subscription using this tool, please contact MSN billing support to do so.
    5. If you have any problems - MSN True Switch support can be contacted via e-mail at hotmailuksupport@trueswitch.com

Click here to download the TrueSwitch moving wizard
The clickable e-mail address is trying to use some non-existant protocol, mail:

    Pretty sure they mean mailto:

It works fine here, and it is using mailto: if you just hover over it.

The HTML code to make a link send an e-mail is:
    mailto:you@domain.com

However the link on that page was:
    mail:you@domain.com

I found it quite ironic that one of the worlds biggest e-mail services made this mistake :-/

    Ah well, all gone.
