My new house just fell out of bed

with 5 houses below me in the chain, and the one I'm buying is at the top of the chain.....

they've withdrawn from sale....to much stress and a pregnancy apparently.



Having spent over £1000 on searches and valuations and mortgage charges, and ...oh sod the money, its the house I want.

it's all stopped. Stone dead

which risks the entire chain including my house sale.

and my hearts been ripped out

dunno...babies take a long time to arrive fella...not sure I have another 8 months.

I am really sad...not angry...just sad.

Have told the state agent to ask if they just wanna wait until properly after christmas and new year. Or maybe they dont care about that. Maybe they just dont wanna sell.

Either way....its things like this that make life a bit more complex than ya need.

Gotta find a place to store all my stuff now, which means no broad band and having to share Sair's house with her.

feel quite sorry for the buggers below me too....in the chain. Although my house is a smallish two bed, the people buying mine are from a split up and selling a 4 bed, which in turn is being brought by a couple with a 2 bed, which in turn is being purchased by a couple selling up from a 1 bed which is being brought by a first time buyer.

and in the next few days, they will all find out the glad news that Mr and Mrs T Osspot have changed thier mind and decided to let everyone down....all the valuations on 5 houses, all the costs, the legal fees, the searches....probably about £4 to £500 between all of us.

And potentially I am now the top...so I need a big storage box and to move out and into storage.

totaly not right. But life none the less.
