Just come back from our works resteraunt, and they are playing the same songs you hear year in, year out. The amount of ear grinding airplay these songs get is unreal. They piss me off no end!

What is about christmas that annoys you? Whats your xmas pet-peeve?

Is it something big like in the poll? Or is it something like;

Uncle Ernie coming round uninvited every christmas, eating all your food, then sitting in your favourite chair and farting all day?
The kids getting up at 2 am, just one hour after you have come back from the pub and gone to bed?
Or maybe the neighbours decided to have an improptu "Riot" and invite thousands round to a roudy house party?

They deserve CD piracy for that reason alone.

I LOVE christmas.... so much giving... nobody's wrapped in their own world as christmas is about giving and sharing.

IF anyone disagrees with me, then get a present designed for a child such as 1 of them with flashing lights and sounds and give it to them on christmas day Watch their face light up and thats the true meaning of christmas.

I agree with some of the comments about shops, but thats commercial stores for you. If they had their chances they would SELL christmas stuff 24/7 365 days a year

There is a lot of s**t going on at christmas these days.

I generally like christmas but most of the things Zedmeister put in the poll annoy me:

It starts way too early . IMO it shouldnt start till december at the earliest.
Stupid christmas jingles and christmas carols played as if they were pop music .
Too much decoration/tacky lighting .
People spending too much money .
Spoilt children who have to have (and get) exactly what they demand for Christmas


Otherwise Christmas pretty cool .

People putting their decorations up in november! LEARN PEOPLE! your decorations arent meant to go up till december the 12! 12 days BEFORE christmas, and taken down 12 days AFTER christmas (6th jan)
