Knoxy, THCi, Wiffle was just getting into it as well and ste had been here for a couple of months. They were all in my computer science class and I sat with them at the front. Decided to join.
Glad they showed me. This place does indeed Roxors.

To be honest i cant remember it was so long ago! How did i get into hexus David?? Any ideas? Can you remember when we first met dai boy? I can't

Well i was team HEXUS.net right from the start i think (the start of when i joined Hexus, not the start of Hexus itself), and i Oper'd the #hexus.net irc chan too (on my bloody on for ages if i remember)

until i gave up irc which has gotta be 6 months to a year ago. (that was when the irc chan descended into idleness, when i left)

Either way, i am still here, and cant see me not being here

When I first found OcUK, the board died about 48 hours later. David set up a "Holiday Home" here that was used as a temporary refuge for those with forum withdrawal symptoms. I joined, and stayed - albeit posting very rarely.

When I left OcUK, David asked me if I'd like to help out round here. I said "NO" so he made me a moderator instead.

Then, when the board got hacked JUST before David was due to go away for a few days, he said "I've made you an Admin while I'm away. We needs someone else that knows their way round the Admin panel". As I admin my own board, I know the ropes so I said I could do that for a few days (yeah, I know, but he caught me on an off-day).

When David got back, I said "You can de-admin me now". He said

"Nope. You're a slacker as a mod, always dozing orf in the corner, so as punishment I'm leaving you admin'd"."

I said "You ***** **** of a *****-**** little ******. You ******* can't ******* do that.".

He said "Watch me".

And that is the sorry and sordid tale of how I got hijacked into my current sad state. Anyone got a key for these shackles?

I was just looking for a British computer hardware forum to post on, so I googled 'Computer Hardware Reviews' or something and came across a cool looking site called Hexus

I Read the forums before joining to see what the community was like, and decided to go for it cos of all the friendly ppl
