    Stingy Christmas bonuses/presents at work

What is the stingiest Christmas "thankyou" you've got at work?

As lab technicians paid a fraction of teacher's salaries, we've busted a gut this year staying well past normal finishing times to invigilate exams and split up papers. In the tearoom today... 12 mince pies the same size as the black part of my Escort key (i.e. approximately a £2 coin) and a note saying "Thanks for all your hard work, have a mince pie"

If I can get the pic off my Sharp GX10 I'll post it here. Post pics of yours if you have them. Tragic "drinks and nibbles in the corridor" also welcome

    I ask you...

    Poor you.

I get £40 for staying late many a night, and working in a very stressful, pressure cooker environment. Sucks really.

Saying that though, I've just got a new job and a 28% pay rise to go with it! They actually paid more than what I was asking for!

we got these chocolate figurine things, but the manager put it in her handbag and by the time she got it outta the bag after the flight, well lets just say its no longer a figurine, more a mass of shattered belgian chocolate, was bloody funny tho.

5% more discount to make it 15% between october and january (i think). Therefore, since I don't do the shopping, my parents get my bonus .

they took away our bonus this year......retards think its better to increase the 'mystery shopper' bonus instead. All this means is that 60% of sainsburys collegues wont get a bonus, and the other 40% will get the same as the year before

    ghey

Yup - I work @ sainsbury's too. They took away our bonus, and gave us and extra 5% off for 3 months of the year, which I don't even use. I wish they'd have thought about it more before they did it.

I work for the NHS. Bonus? what bonus.

We are having a christmas party but we all have to bring our own food, drink, cutlery and crockery.

We were offered the chance to work on xmas day in reward for a day off in lieu, no extra money as it falls on a saturday but an extra day off.
