Introducing Jim - the latest addition to ASUS' merry band of online elves. He will be happy to sort out any queries, help out and generally point folk in the right direction on anything related to ASUS products.

Some keen eyed readers may recognise this young lad as Jim, also known as Jim, one of our HEXUS Moderators, but in order to keep his two lives entirely separate, he will be using a new account for ASUS stuff. Do asus have a forum then?

The ROG forum offers no support to anyone outside of the North Americas region so my bug reports fall on deaf ears.

UK Phone support has so far been a waste of time so lets hope this all changes.

I would like the issue with my 980 Strix, R5E and phoebus soundcard sorting ;)

We don't have a dedicated forum on HEXUS, but I'm happy to look into things as and when they arise. If you want to start a thread in hardware with the info I'll see what I can do.

You know what, I've been wondering the exact same thing. So far, no consensus, but I will report back :)

A-sooce or A-zooce seem to the most popular so far.

A-sooce seems to be the American way of saying it. I've always said Ace-us.

Phone up Taiwan and see what they introduce themselves as. They probably don't suffer from what appears to come from the written English.

This could end up like a potato, potato. Tomato, tomato thing.
