I've used http://www.razorlab.co.uk/ before for laser cutting, they were pretty good.

    Re: Laser etching service?

It was about £30 including everything: materials, laser cutting, vat and postage. It was for cutting some acrylic, roughly A3 size. Happy with the results, and they were quick too. For pictures, see http://www.razorlab.co.uk/materials/info/?id=193# and other materials, and click engraving, as you said etching not cutting.
