Does anyone here have any good YouTube channels/shows that you'd recommend to others?
The reason I bring this up is that recently I find myself watching a LOT of stuff on YouTube these days, in fact I'd say that it's almost killed off the kind of junk food t.v I used to have on in the background during my down time which was basically a lot of whatever happened to be on Dave. Loads of old Top Gear, weak traffic police reality shows (all of which seem to be narrated by Jamie Theakston) right on through to properly rubbish stuff like Storage Hunters.
YouTube has come down like a brass anvil however and squished 99% of that with some of the channels and shows I've discovered recently (yes I am aware that I am painfully behind the times) so I was wondering if anyone here had some recommendations they'd like to throw out?
Personally I've found myself getting really into the Tested channel which seems to be the brainchild of the guys from Mythbusters, loads of content and some genuinely interesting project logs etc. The Motortrend channel is another good one, which for me has basically replaced Top Gear with shows like Dirt Every Day, Roadkill, Hot Rod Garage and proper road tests with vehicles I'm actually interested in. There's loads more I could throw out there, Jay Leno's Garage in particular springs to mind for petrolheads but I was interested to see if you guys had anything you'd like to recommend?

Lot's for me to bookmark ready for some post tea time viewing here! Thanks guys, keep 'em coming!
Oh, while I'm here I may as well post one for the musicians, or more strictly speaking the guitarists on here. Premier Guitar has a section of their channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/premierguitar) called rig rundowns where they run through every element of almost every famous touring musician or bands rig. Pedals, amps, cabs, guitars, great geek out material basically, especially if you're chasing a specific effect or trying to replicate a specific sound. :)

Forgotten Weapons https://www.youtube.com/user/ForgottenWeapons aka gun Jesus (you'll understand if you watch ;) ) it's not the usual gun channel, he's more focused on odd, rare and historical guns.
The history and mechanics behind, not how much it can shoot through of similar.

With the amount of subs I have (191 at last count) there is more content each day then I can watch so it keeps me busy and so I don't watch normal TV anymore and havn't for a number of years.

For electrical/electronics lovers & hobbyists, lookup Electroboom (sorry can't post URLs yet)
The guy is very knowledgeable in this field and has some very entertaining videos (and also manages to "accidentally" shock himself almost every video).

I'd like to add RCSparks Studio ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxc...o3D6Q9esu05a1Q ) to the list, even if you have no interest in RC cars and models - The series YouTube Gold is compelling viewing on a Sunday morning.

Would it be wrong to suggest my own channel? What the heck, it charts my triumphs and tragedies through RC and FPV - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5_..._as=subscriber
