it is a 'tab' under the send button on the message window, it says 'handwrite'.
some people have had problems with it no being there, you will need to install MS Journal Viewer to make it work, it comes with office i believe or you can download it from MS.

Lots of problems with this from what i can see, keeps going down for long periods at a time etc
