I rang Samsung Tech Support a few days ago. The staff member(yes!); pretended that it was a bad connection, and kept pretending to mishear the TV's model code, this went on and on(he had it on speaker in background), he refused to transfer me to another line. When I rang back he played same game, and also pretended to have same name as me. These calls were wasted. Has anyone else found that tech staff are so bored they have to humiliate customers, play stupid games, etc. I've tried contacting Samsung, no reply. I'm thinking of recording all calls to tech staff in future, and hopefully finding someone with the power to change their practices. Surely with product quality, should come Support quality!
