Really interesting read as its going right across the board from really old school to modern day high tech PC stuff.

Yeah, I like it. Interesting seeing what everyone remembers of the old and new games, things that seem to stick out in minds, in some cases as a collective (ie : the first zombie thing you see in System Shock 2)

Its a good way of introducing what may be a foreign part of the boards to some of our newer members. When I first came to HEXUS I normally just headed for GD and the lifestyle stuff. Its all good though wether you normally visit that part of the forum or not.

I like your choice to be honest Ferral, thought you'd go for the standard, modern PS2 games, nice to see some classics in there like Resident Evil, Final Fantasy VII, Sonic and even some Spectrum games.

You have to mention Jet Set Willy and Manic Miner though. And Dizzy.

Yeah, its good to look back at what gaming was and the things that we are seeing today, from humble beginings to the power and visuals we get today.

Alot of the games mentioned are the backbone of what we have today
