    OCS forum revival !

Everoyne from OCS get your butts over to

    www.terminalcomputers.co.uk/forums

set up by slamdog, one of the funniest people on OCS we are trying to get together all the people that posted on OCS as it was a real community and we want to reform it ! Get your butt over and register so we can link up again, Im sure some people were half way thru deals and are screwed, well come over and hopefully the person you were dealing with will as well and we can sort some of this mess out !

Ok its not as good as OCS, and will never be, but its a small light in the dark, most people call OCS home (like me ) and we need to get back together, please pass the link on to anyone who used to post there !

TO MODS : Hope you dont mind me posting this, Ill remove it if its inapproriate, just try to help people.

    Thanks !

i think most of OCS'ers were members of hexus anyway, I was and most people I know were mainly because of the hexus ratings we used over there

You could mention hexus ratings on a store's forums? How refreshing...

I've picked up my handbag and am having nothing to do with this thread ever again.

Having said that, my usual IRC services have been resumed

Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?

LOL - he speaketh the truth.

Seriously though, it was a nice little community, no eliteism (or is that 1337ism?) Despite being 'the overclocking store' there were quite a few of us (myself included) that didn't really overclock, just liked cool hardware, fun chats, and helping people out with their pooter probs
Hexus probably comes in a close second in that respect.
A few other forums (I won't mention them) Have a real attitude problem

Sadly we do have a couple of bad members on here, that quite frankly need to learn a bit of how can i put it, restraint on posting complete crap.

But its nice to have more people, i'm quite impressed its back over 300+ members already.

I hope it will be about 1k members by mid august. (I think there was 4K+ before it got restarted?)

There was just over 5k before it was restarted, remember the landmarks that we had just reached??
    5k members, 20k threads, 200k posts IIRC.

Those were the days, most of the 5000 members were non-active though so this way we cleanse the system of active:non-active members.
