I went out shopping today with my mother for some bits which I needed to get.... anyway couldn't believe it, town was totally dead - wish I had left my Xmas present shopping until the last minute!

Ditto that.
Went supermarket shopping this morning and it was quieter than a sunday morning!?!
Still I didn't complain![]()
People are too organised nowadays. Even Oxford Street was pretty tolerable today, TBH not much busier than it usually is. I still managed to get a headache trying to find YSL Touche Eclat though.

yeh.. have been working at good old tesco to get some money for beer money @ uni.. the past few days have been manic but today was really dead... the fact that there was nothing in the shop to really buy didnt really please the few customers who left it too late.. but ah well, their loss![]()
Thankfully we have everything in till atleast midweek next week food wise. Had all the gifts since around mid November. Got the stuff while kids were out at school on the morning. Must have spent easily £1500 + this year.

Bored of the old one, new one coming soon
I went to local tescos today, mostly for the driving practice with my dad, but I hadnt got any presents so I got them then.
It was FULL. Much more busy than normal. This was about 3:30. There was a isle/stand with some meat and stuff, and there were about 50 people (mostly women) pushing to the front trying to get some food for xmas! I saw several products fall to the floor, thats how much pushing there was!
Luckly my mum had already got a big 18lb turkey and some beef for tomorrow
Most of the shelves seemed quite full, I couldnt find any mince pies thoughas weve already eaten ours so we were hoping to get more for tomorrow
The staff in there seemed quite relaxed, although it was very busy. It was obvious a lot of them dont usually work on the tills though.
Blockbusters was CRAZY today! Way busier than normal, had one bloke buy £360 of DVDs,thats 60 different dvd's at 5 for £30, mental.
