Eatay order

My mum orderd me a Creative Zen Xtra from http://eatay.com at the start of the month, after the order went thtough they required some identification... security checks. They were completed and so the waiting began. Since the order the mp3 player has gone out of stock and i've still not recieved anything. The order status is now "Done!" but with no tracking code for any courier.

The order was placed around the first of the month, given we're a few days away from the new year, i'd have thought they've had more than enough time. I sent them an e-mail asking on christmas eve, but haven't heard anything yet. Any ideas?

Have you tried the "Track Your Parcel" section on their site?

Have they taken payment?, That would be the first thing to check, and if they have phone them up and chase them that way.

I would imagine that you will not get hold of anyone till Wednesday at the earliest, and possibly even as late as the 4th of January with the holiday season going on.
