    Nah, you only get 6 DVD's per month for £9.99.

    www.screenselect.co.uk is currently the king of online DVD rental. £14.99 for unlimited DVD's - so you can watch 1 or 2 per night while they send you another out. We have been using them for a few months now and thier service has been flawless. You get to keep 3 DVD's at a time with no late fee's. Once one got lost in the post but all I had to do was log-in, click 'lost in post' and they sent me another off my list automatically.

    Send me a PM and I will refer you for 14 days free rentals if ya want

    Whats the turnaround time like? And how do you know when they get lost in the post?

    As quick as you can get really. It's First class (free) post and it depends on where you live. I live in the sticks, but if I get them in the post before 5pm then secreenselect with get them the next (working) day. They then post the next one out on my list that same day - which means I then get the following morning. I have always (appart from xmas) had the new DVD(s) delivered to my door within 48 hours of putting them in the post box - and I have rented over 40 in the few months I have been a member.

    As for knowing when one has been lost - obviously when it has not turned up at your house or, when sending back, they don't show up at screen select. They email you when they recieve them and when they send another out. Or you can log in to your account and see records of dates etc;

    What happens if a DVD is lost in the post?

    It happens. Let us know which DVD is lost by using the ProblemSolver tool and we'll send a replacement out. We reserve the right however to suspend or cancel your subscription if the service to your area proves consistently unreliable.
    Can't say fairer then that really. PM me your name and email addy if you want me to refer you for a 14 days free trial.

    I probably sound like I should work for thier PR department or something, but it really is an A+ service and they have an awsome collection - including lastest films, music DVD's, TV shows, (I have watched all of 24 and the BBC's Blue Plannet) and other stuff etc. They have been around for years (used to be called Video Island).

    Blimey, everyone seems to be at it now. ScreenSelect, Blockbuster, Choices, Tesco, Amazon... I think the rental shops are going to be hit hard.

    www.lovefilm.com are another one.

    You could live off them for a few months for free as there are so many that have free trials, just sign up to one cancel before being charged and move to another.
