An odd one this, wasn't sure where to post it...
Does anyone know where one can download music videos of old and/or new songs...
Old songs like Paint It Black (Rolling Stone) etc.

record labels sometimes have videos on their website (e.g. http://www.ninjatune.net )
well, you can stream alsorts of music through winamp, not sure if its legal or not...but its free
Since when have music videos been illegal to download??
Its not like music videos can be purchased individually like pop singles, I am aware that music vids are bundled on singles discs...
I see music videos as adverts tbh. They are only made to advertise a single so it can be shown on the 10's of music channels and then they can flog more.
For example how many copies of the Eric Prydz song sold because of the raunchy vid.
you can watch vids at www.launch.com
or download them of kazaa or the like...

you can watch streamed copies when the person doing the streaming is licesned to do so - such as on the label's website.
and you may not like it, but they're still copyrighted material, and you can't just say 'they SHOULD be free' and carry on. downloading them is no better or worse than pirating movies.
But you don't have to pay to watch them... well expect the TV Licence.

no but plenty of people record via VCR... and nothing gets said about that.
