I decided to treat myself and buy HL2 Collectors Edition....

Hows this for service from Amazon/Royal Fail over this busy time of the year.....

I recieved it this morning.... *shiney tin* 31 Dec 2004.
Not bad considering they have the 6th Jan 2005 as the earliest estimated delivery date.

I ordered a radiator with next day delivery, it came the next day but it looks like City Link had been playing hockey with it in the van. They someone how managed to bend the shroud and badly dint the bottom which is galvinised steel! It'd take some beating to get it like it was.

we ordered a hat and scarf set online for my xmas present (the idea being it was here ready for me on the 30th) but it still hasn't turned up. grrrr

i've been waiting for an order since before xmas, and it still ahsnt arrived.
City Link delivered a package containing alcohol here a few days ago, and he couldnt find it in the van, so was just chucking all the parcels out the way! if he'd missed our package and flung it, it wouldnt be in one piece, luckily he found it.

dabs are great ordered and it turned up unhardmed wo days later,

also a parcel (my shuttle) was sent on a Friday a week weeks ago and turned up the next day, that saturday morning, and it was sent with STANDARD PARCELS!!!! amazing for once from those royal faders

also parel2go have had a parcel since 13:47 yesterday at my local branch, hopefully my big monitor will be wih me later today


im completely on the consumer side, but spare a thought for all these men who are working their nadgers off to get these parcels out on time, it must be a really busy time of year

i must say that normally the farce that is royalmail actually were quick to deliver items i sent. i sent x2 dvd's first class on the wednesday christmas week and they both arrived on thursday!!

shame they cant be as good for the rest of the year

My alarm clock goes off at 7am.... and I was woken up this morning by the door bell!!!!! Postman Pat in his Van.... Jess the cat sitting on the passenger seat, with a parcel.........

Is 7am not early enough?

Yeh my postman seems to come so early nowadays used to cme around 1pm now everyday 7.30am someone has to get out of bed (normally ends up with me being shouted at )
