    Whats going on....

I woke up this morning feeling strangely good, there was none of the usual swearing and moans from beneath the sheets when I saw the time and I didn't follow my usual routine of staggering downstairs with my trousers on bacwards to neck a cup of coffee and have a fag before I attempt anything, I got dressed properly put a cd on and came to check the forums and my e-mail etc.

something very strange is going on in 2005 and I intened to get to the bottom of it.........

LOL - Know what I was thinking the same this morning!

Normally I wake up on Sunday as late as poss, have to drag my ass out of bed, rush around like a looney and get to work JUST about on time not having had a cuppa or any breakfast. Today I woke up about half an hour ago, felt amazingly awake and now have 2 hrs before work to sort myself out.

    Amazing, for a Sunday!!

Nah, I work the night shift so that doesn't really happen

The fact that its a sunday (something i'd forgotten tbh) makes it even more unusual

Well, there are many groups that specialise in helping addicts. I suggest looking in your the Yellow Pages (preferably your own copy, not one you've nicked).

It took me a few minutes to realise what you were on about then. Previous post meant sleep/getting up, not crack

And I'm always grumpy till mi first cuppa & rich-tea

It'll never last Knoxy old chap It's just a temporary blip on the radar of manic depressoin

I got up at about 11am, which for a sunday is early for me, I've even been outside sorting some bits out on the car...
