    Grrrrrrrr

    Right then.

    Toothpaste pump dispensers.

Is it me or are these all cr@p nowadays ? I can't for the life of me remember the last time I bought one that I didn't have to jam the end of a toothrush into to get it to work every time I use it.

And the thing that gets me is the label on the side ..." In the unlikely event that this dispenser fails to work..."

    Ok I'm done.

ohhhhh I so know what you mean, I mean theres nothing worse than starting a work day by falling out with your friggin toothpaste before you even get to work.

So I now buy tubes, ok so it usually goes everywhere, but you do get it in a flavour with a 'quench of watermelon' sounds totally naff, tastes lubberly. lol

They were launched in the late 80's if I remember correctly......typical hype...no more messy caps, etc.....
They're a bit crap these days esp. if you use an Oral B electric Toothbrush as the heads smaller...

    No no no no no

Nothing to do with blockages - thats normal, and expected

I'm talking about them simply not working because they are not sealed
properly, air is getting in and no amount of pumping will work, you have to manually
push the cylinder in yourself, then an enormous amount swamps your toothbrush on the next press.

    Grrr

I must admit I bought one a few months ago and have been using it think...."That's why I didn't bother buying them in the past"

I stopped using toothpaste of any kind a couple of years ago. I found that all the brands were crap- I would wake up with minty bad breath from the sugar in it. My teeth are getting a little yellow now but I reckon a polish from the dentist will sort them. I had a bunch of holes in my teeth already when I stopped using it and I haven't got any more since, nor have any of the existing ones got any worse.

When I did use toothpaste, I was always of the opinion that the pumps were a crappy overpriced waste of time.
