    I have and lets say it was not nice content, it was on an email address only they have so its not from a random spammer pretending to be them?

    maybe that employee's computer got hit by some worm or virus?

    it's possible to fake sender (header information)...

    If its a customer , how the heck did they get access to the database of customer details, clearly they would have failed in their duty with respect to data protection.

    If it was a disgruntled employee, frankly it smacks of amatuer night.

    They are going to have to come up with a damn good reason for it pretty quick and I will be requesting that they remove all of my details from their database asap. They've lost me as a future returning customer already.

    Dont think so the headers have two domains both owned by the same person which are interconnected to the store.
