I think you may have to link your Hexus ID with your Scan ID, but not sure...

If you are posting in the after sales sub forum, You need your invoice number for the product(s) you are requesting after-sales help with. This is to help SCAN staff help you. Your invoice number will not be revealed to anyone else.

The SCAN section is hosted on the HEXUS site, but the two companies are independent entities.
