IMO May's given Boris the perfect job, one with little power now there's Brexit and trade departments, and one where I'm guessing Boris will eventual say or do something to offend someone, at which point real diplomats can step in to calm the waters and Boris gets a trail by media and all the ramifications that come from something like that.
