Problems accessing forums?

Hi, back on here after a long time. Had to first access a very old email account.. than the Hexus "forgot password" link wasn't working. Tried it about 15 times and it worked

I can't seem to be able to post in every thread, PM or see the classified/wanted forums. Would appreciate if this can be fixed. TIA

Seems like the forum doesn't "remember me" even when I ticked the box to do so on log-in, and I get logged out pretty fast.

I vaguely remember something like that happening in that past, and solved it somehow, I can't quite remember how.

I do not want to clear every cookie, so I'd like to know which is the one for Hexus so that I can remove that one only and see how it goes.

Have you tried using https? They fixed it for me.

so if you're using the old http address, that's the problem :-)

I get that from time to time. Seems to be when I dip in, open threads in different tabs and quit the browser in a short space of time. Used to sometimes annoy me but then I discovered the "mark forums as read" option under "forum actions" and now I can choose when to over-rule the forums auto-routine. Not sure if anyone's pointed you there but worth a punt.

I'll have a little poke around on Monday. Could you send the exact browser version you are using?

OK I've managed to reproduce it. I'll see if I can work out what's causing it.
