Can a Mod/Admin remove the restriction on my account?

I cannot add my Hexus Trust nor can I PM anyone so a post had to be created...

IIRC the HEXUS Trust system uses a different password, is it that maybe ?? I cannot see any restriction in your user account, but it may need HEXUS staff to fix this.

Your user group had changed, I've reset it to the correct one which will allow you PMs and avatars.

I can't do anything about your trust, although now you are in the correct user group that may be fixed.

can someone please do something to reset the password on my old account (ik9000) so i can get up and running again? atm every post I make is subject to mod review. I've left about 4 posts in the relevant thread and they aren't even getting approved never mind being responded to.
