FAO Admins - can't login?

My normal account ''Andehh'' is not allowing me to login. Saying not the correct password (it is) and when i try to reset it via email the e-mail never arrives. I have checked my inbox/junk & left it for a few days at a time - still no luck.

Can someone please look into this for me?

You are aware that the email address used for this account isn't the ssme as the registered address for the primary account, I presume?

If not, check the other address for the missing mail.

Hint - if the addresses were fredbloggs@domainname.com, then the fredbloggs and .com are correct but you used a different domainname.


As for why, there's a big thread a week or so bsck, and it got me too.

PMs are now enabled for this account, and while I'm sure you really are you, drop me a PM with some convincing info and I'll reset the PW manually, but I don't want to let an intruder into your account.

it's what a number of us had to do too. FYI the reset link comes from the same email address as the generic weekly update on your forum usage so if (like me) you've set that to auto-direct somwhere be sure to check in there too.
