How to Stress a Zak

OK. Full instructions.

1: Put Zak's house on market, and get interest pretty quickly, get a bid, accept bid, and plan to move out and into Sair's house while we find some where new.

2: Get a bid on Sair's house, and then find out house we were gonna buy has been taken off market

3: Allow Zak and Sair to BOTH get new jobs AND new careers straight after.

4: Have to hold onto Sair's house buyer as market is failing, but with no potential for new house to buy.

5: Box up lots of Zak's stuff and take to Sair's parents, but keep essentials like kitchen stuff, TV, 2 PC's, bed, rally car, parts, etc and 2 dogs. Box up stuff like CD's books, etc.

6: Let CHristmas arrive and get EVERYONE to buy Zak books and CD@s and stuff (they ARE all lovely but I'm moving house soon )

7: Allow Zak to live 30 days at a time, and ring weekly to Solicitor to ask "have I exchanged yet?" and be told we are waiting for lots of stuff further down line.

8: Allow Zak to have a single day off, chill, relax, go buy food, fill freezer and do NOTHING for first time in 2 months.

9: Ring him day after and say "HI, its Wed, can you move out next Friday"

10: Allow Zak to ring |Removal companies who have already done quotes, and get a firm "yup can do it...next Tuesday"

So....looking around right now, at my empire, of PC parts, PC's, dogs etc...

I need to start packing.

haha, I popped into our loft the other day to reboot my router, I was nearly frozen to the loft ladder it was that cold..

So what have you learned zak..... I learned (when moving) thats its better to accept less money for your house if they have no chain below them.. Saves so much time and
worry.

I've moves 4/5 times over the years & I can certainly sympethise Zak matey. It's the most stressful time of your life (& I should know, I got four kids)
