Good idea.
I tried bursting it but feels like hard skin.
Looks like a callus.
Could be harmless.
Could be cancer.
Could be an alien.
I suppose a GP would be better to judge.
Looks like Hammer Toe to me.

I am not a health care professional, but using my Intel i7 random condition generator, I'd say your toes are deformed or have some form of growth, similar to a bunion.
However, there ARE suitably qualified individuals, whose services are free at the point of use, who will give you a definitive opinion. They have undergone lengthy and rigorous training, and called Doctors. You need a General Practitioner in the first instance, and this is where the Internet is really useful as it will enable you to find your local GP and give contact details so you can arrange what is called a consultation. This is where you meet the Doctor face to face and show him or her your symptoms, and they give an opinion and either suggest a course of treatment, or refer you to a specialist if that is appropriate.
Hope that helps.

Chaps, chaps, don't be so hasty. I recall the words of the prophet Eminem who was quite clear about situations like this. "You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow, this opportunity only comes once in a lifetime..."
As we are all aware we only get one opportunity at things like this - the whole of my life I've been doing an engineering career, and wondering if i'd ever end up doing another one. Well this is it, circumstances have prevailed to bring this poor man to post here for advice, and this is our shot to help the guy. Let's not choke at the moment, but embrace the opportunity we all have before us. We have resources available to us that others might not, and anyone who has wrestled with WTF win10 won't scale RDP sessions correctly, and spent time helping a relative repair their borked Vista machine will have sufficient capability to help this fellow.
Since we have some advanced overclockers and home DIY enthusiats all the OP needs to do is 1) borrow some liquid nitrogen and freeze those lumps and then 2) grind them down. If he is concerned at pain, he can spend a few hours reading the 200+ pages of the AMD buldozer/piledriver/kafari/zen thread that is somehow still going. That is enough to numb anyone. Of couse it's not guaranteed to work, and I'm not a doctor - of anything, but think of the youtube hits he could pull. Save the removed bits, and you can get bob to take high-res macros for further debate on the forum, where like a bad Jerry Springer we can all have our say. Then the OP will have the peace of mind that the collective knowledge of the untrained internet masses have accurately diagnosed his unfortunate condition.
NB it is local applicaiton of liquid nitrogen only, do not immerse foot. And avoid sudden impact. OP do your own hazard and risk assessment first, and seek proper advice from a trained professional prior to use. There are special courses in the safe use, storage and medical application of liquid nitrogen. They range in timescale and cost. It may however be cheaper and quicker to simply see a GP.

Quick question - do you wear site boots, or similar with a significant toe cap? Or are your shoes ones that bend and crease onto your toes? Might be causing rubbing that could cause a callus to build-up.
ok, I've done some intensive googling and have narrowed it down to a few possibilities:
1) warts
2) a thickening of the skin due to persistent low-intensity friction/contact
3) a radioactive isotope has become embedded in your shoe and is inducing mutations in the sub-dermal tissue (a tumour)
4) You have been bitten by a spider/fly/stung by a parasitic wasp that has laid its eggs in your toe to incubate and then eventually hatch while munching away at your flesh in the meantime.
5) Something heavy fell on your toe.
6) some form of skin/bone abnormality. There are a lot of greco-latin names for these things. I shall spare you the list.
7) you photoshopped an aerial shot of mount Fiji onto one of your hobbit-like hoof in an attempt to troll the internet
8) you really don't get how to do botox
9) you signed up to be a trialist for miniature silicon enhancements - don't mention it to the Kardashians...
Given your comment that it is hard and getting bigger, I'm going with 4. Nom nom nom...
...or Hammer Toe, seriously.
I wasn't joking - it looks almost exactly the same as my mother's. Although, hers was mainly due to several decades of wearing women's shoes. No disrespect to the OP implied or intended.

If you think you've got problems, think about this poor kid:
He has my deepset sympathy.
Stop!
..
Hammertoe
Or you could lop off said toe and then answer a burning question, can a man stand properly with only 4 toes!
Funnily enough, my wifes mother had something similar on her fingers, had something to do with a type of arthritis and she had to go for surgery for removal, best bet would be one of those doctors I keep hearing about provided they haven't left the country.
